put my hand on my heart

and I pray:


Quan Yin,

please bless me

with your absolute Karuna Compassion

so that I may stay

in a state of perfect love

and acceptance of myself and all others.

Accepting everything as is

without judgments, expectations, or attachments.

I pray to embody LovingKindness.
